While we tell you the tale and create one of the most fun filled adventure teambuildings you have ever been a part of!
Picture your entire group being led by an old map from inside a bottle to the seven original castaways, an island trader, fisherman and an old crusty island native! The fun and adventure mounts as your team members make all their own preparations to leave the island themselves. Each character and castaway has vital information to the team's overall success...but who knows what and how readily will they offer their help?
Each team is given multiple tasks and projects to complete before their opportunity comes to leave the island. They will each be able to bargain with the castaways for the help that they need - believe it or not, even Gilligan has something valuable to offer...( all those years on the island must have taught him more than just how to botch everything he touched. we hear the Skipper is darn proud of him, too)
Finding drinkable water, constructing viable island housing to withstand tropical storms, preventing scurvy and intercepting a message from a submarine are just some of the goals your teams will be challenged with..
And an unbelievable ending! If the original castaways had our ingenuity, they would have been off that island in the first episode!
For our two hour tour…
We provide all props, costumes, trading currency and everything else you'll need for a most colorful and successful island adventure. You provide us with 10 of your most outgoing employees or members of management to play the castaways and we'll make this a smashing success.
Group size: 30 to 150
Venues: Perfect for waterfront retreats, resorts, beaches, tropical locations or any outdoor location that can be turned into an island.
Skill Sets: This teambuilding utilizes different skill sets and personality types so that every team member will feel a valuable and contributing asset to the overall success of the team.

"Sense of Delight's 'Gilligan's Island' was a fantastic team building exercise that incorporated communication, coordination, creativity, planning and execution, along with themes from the popular 1960's tropic/paradise T.V. comedy. Although most of our team members remembered the show firsthand, even twenty-somethings were familiar with 'Gilligan' via reruns on
Nickelodeon. Nance and co. did a great job of customizing the program for our team, incorporating aspects of our business into the 'tasks' that each team was required to perform in order to escape the island. We also liked the flexibility of having this either in or out-of-doors, although we were happy that we were able to conduct it out-of-doors as weather permitted.
