This training was born out of the premise that morale is something that comes from the inside out. It is not something that can be mandated or forced, or something that you can hype people up around. In order for morale to truly be enhanced, you have to connect to the source of what it is that motivates and energizes each person as well as the larger group you are working with.

ImageIn order for people to truly want to give their all, feel motivated and inspired, you need to find out what it is that people really want and need. What is their vision for their work? For life? What are they passionate about? What matters to them, and why do they do the work that they do? When you connect up those qualities in the workplace, you will see astounding changes in attitude, willingness, and communication.

This training is customized for the group size, group goals and the length of training chosen. Depending on the feedback we receive, we will design the session to highlight those areas that you would like to see addressed. All trainings are done in module form, where you are welcome to choose and expand upon the modules of interest and to leave out the modules in areas of less importance. The opening and the closing to the day remain the same, regardless of the modules chosen.
