The toughest challenges can create the most worthwhile and lasting solutions. Using the information and ideas we have received from your teams in our brainstorm session, we will construct (literally, out of foam building toys ) our most innovative and do-able solutions.
Watch Me Disappear
The deterrents to performing at our peak. In an honest andsafe way, we will look at the realistic obstacles and difficulties that we encounter in our service roles.

What is it that every one in this world is looking for? When we offer the magic thing that everyone is looking for, everything transforms. What is it that creates lasting loyalty, and long term customer relationships? How does appreciation affect our willingness to be present? How can we bring more fun and joy to the workplace, creating an outstanding environment we all want to be part of?
Creating our own brand of Magic
Workshop on branding our own customer service practices and workplace magic. We have several ways of doing this. One popular one being our Ice Cream Branding creations, presentations and celebrations. We can also offer a hands-on workshop on creating fantastic workplace morale.
We will customize Magic bUCKS to play with throughout the session. Activities and games will be awarded a $$ value and all participants will be able to cash in their earnings for prizes at the end of the session.
